Can I first say that I have a total crush on Jimmy Fallon, and that I saw him once outside Fenway Park waving at Red Sox fans? (Yes, Red Sox!)
The New York Times bestseller “Thank You Notes” by Jimmy Fallon with the writers of Late Night, which stems from the segment on Late Night, will take you about 30 minutes to read. 15 minutes actually reading the words, and about 15 minutes laughing in between pages.
Here are a few of my favorites:
1. Thank you…pens at the ATM, for being attached to the deposit slip table by tiny chains. Don’t flatter yourself – no one’s gonna steal you, you filthy germ sticks.
2. Thank you…Apple, for adding a camera to the iPod Nano. Now it’s just like the iPhone except it can’t make calls. So basically, it’s just like the iPhone.
3. Thank you…people with sesquipedalophobia, which is the fear of long words. You picked the wrong thing to call your fear.
